The first move, which I call the “Cyclone Bounce” for no apparent reason, can be seen in many salsa dance congress on the East Coast. This is a free web lesson followed by a dance practice teaching musicality for beginners. Having some musicality makes your dancing much more stylish and fun in the clubs. Transitioning amongst dance moves is covered extensively in my Level 1 DVD.
